Coconut Mint Soda⁠

1 cup coconut water ⁠
1 oz agave syrup⁠
1 lime, quartered ⁠
2 sprigs mint ⁠
1/2 cup Carbon 8 sparkling water ⁠
2 oz butterfly pea tea ⁠
Grated coconut, for garnish⁠
⁠
In cocktail mixing glass, muddle the lime and mint into the coconut water and agave syrup.⁠
Strain the mixture into a serving glass with ice, rimmed with grated coconut, then top with carbon 8 sparkling water and butterfly pea tea.⁠
