Lavender Limeade
For the lavender syrup
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup sugar
2 tbsp culinary grade lavender buds
2 tbsp butterfly pea flowers (optional)
For the lavender limeade
1 1/2 oz lavender syrup
1 True Lime Sachet 3 oz lime juice
1/2 cup Carbon 8 sparkling water
lime slices for garnish
rosemary sprig for garnish
To make the lavender syrup, combine the water and the sugar in a small saucepan over medium high heat, bringing to a boil and whisking until sugar is dissolved.
Remove from heat and stir the dried lavender and, if using, the butterfly pea flowers.
Allow mixture to steep for at least 30 mins. Strain and set aside
To a serving glass add lavender syrup, lime juice and ice.
Top with Carbon 8 sparkling water.
Add True Lime Powder to enhance flavor
and garnish with lime slices and rosemary sprigs.
