Lavender Limeade ⁠

For the lavender syrup ⁠
1/3 cup water ⁠
1/3 cup sugar ⁠
2 tbsp culinary grade lavender buds ⁠
2 tbsp butterfly pea flowers (optional) ⁠

For the lavender limeade ⁠
1 1/2 oz lavender syrup ⁠
1 True Lime Sachet 3 oz lime juice ⁠
1/2 cup Carbon 8 sparkling water ⁠
lime slices for garnish ⁠
rosemary sprig for garnish ⁠


To make the lavender syrup, combine the water and the sugar in a small saucepan over medium high heat, bringing to a boil and whisking until sugar is dissolved. ⁠


Remove from heat and stir the dried lavender and, if using, the butterfly pea flowers⁠.


Allow mixture to steep for at least 30 mins. Strain and set aside ⁠
To a serving glass add lavender syrup, lime juice and ice.⁠
Top with Carbon 8 sparkling water.


Add True Lime Powder to enhance flavor⁠
and garnish with lime slices and rosemary sprigs.
