Tamarind Lemonade ⁠

1 tbsp date syrup⁠
1 tbsp tamarind pulp⁠
1/3 cup coconut water ⁠
1/2 lemon, juiced ⁠
1 cup Carbon 8 sparkling water⁠
Chili salt ⁠
Lime wedge⁠
Ice cubes ⁠

Soak tamarind pulp in 3 tbsp lukewarm water for 5 minutes.⁠
Mash the tanarind paste and, using a strainer, take out its pulp⁠
To a cocktail shaker add 1 tbsp tamarind paste, maple syrup, coconut water and lemon juice⁠
Serve in a serving glass, rimmed with chili salt and filled with ice cubes⁠
Top with Carbon 8 sparkling water and garnish with lime wedge⁠.
