Sparkling peach tea soda
For the simple syrup
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup sugar
1 True Lime Sachet
1/2 cup hot water
1 bag peach black tea
1 oz simple syrup
3/4 oz lemon juice
1/4 cup Carbon 8 water
Lime slices
Rosemary sprig
To make the simple syrup, combine water and sugar in a small saucepan over medium high heat, bringing to a boil and whisking until sugar is dissolved.
Let the syrup cool down then transfer to a mason jar and keep it into the fridge for up to 15 days.
Brew the tea in hot water for 3-5 minutes. Allow it to cool down before using.
Combine all the tea, True Lime Powder, simple syrup, lemon juice, and Carbon 8 sparkling water in a serving glass,and mix until thoroughly combined.
Serve with glass and garnish with lemon or lime slices and rosemary sprigs.
