SPARKING ORANGE MATCHA

2 oz orange juice, freshly squeezed ⁠
3/4 oz honey ⁠
1 tsp matcha powder ⁠
3 tbsp lukewarm water ⁠
1/2 cup Carbon 8 sparkling water ⁠
⁠
Gently shake or whisk 3 tbsp lukewarm water with 1 tsp matcha powder until frothy. ⁠
⁠
TranSfer the matcha to a serving glass with ice and add honey.⁠
⁠
Top off with orange juice and Carbon 8 sparkling water. ⁠
