Rosemary & Grapefruit Fizz Mocktail
For the rosemary syrup
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup granulated sugar
5 sprigs fresh rosemary
For the rosemary & grapefruit fizz
granulated sugar
smoked paprika
1.5 oz rosemary syrup
4 oz freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
0.75 oz lime juice
1/4 cup Carbon8 water
grapefruit slice

First make the syrup.
Add rosemary, water, and sweetener to a small saucepan.
Leave on a very light boil (barely bubbling) for 5 minutes
Remove from heat, cover, and let steep for 30 mins. Set aside to cool.
Make the mocktail.
In a shallow plate, mix sugar and smoked paprika
Run the grapefruit around the rim of a serving glass then dip the glass in the paprika and sugar mixture.
Fill the glass with ice, then add the syrup, grapefruit juice and lime juice.
top up with Carbon 8 water and garnish with a lgrapefruit slice and a rosemary sprig.
