Rosemary & Grapefruit Fizz⁠ Mocktail

For the rosemary syrup ⁠
1/3 cup water ⁠
1/3 cup granulated sugar ⁠
5 sprigs fresh rosemary ⁠

For the rosemary & grapefruit fizz ⁠
granulated sugar ⁠
smoked paprika⁠
1.5 oz rosemary syrup ⁠
4 oz freshly squeezed grapefruit juice⁠
0.75 oz lime juice⁠
1/4 cup Carbon8 water ⁠
grapefruit slice ⁠
rosemary sprig⁠


First make the syrup. ⁠
Add rosemary, water, and sweetener to a small saucepan. ⁠
Leave on a very light boil (barely bubbling) for 5 minutes ⁠
Remove from heat, cover, and let steep for 30 mins. Set aside to cool. ⁠
Make the mocktail. ⁠
In a shallow plate, mix sugar and smoked paprika ⁠
Run the grapefruit around the rim of a serving glass then dip the glass in the paprika and sugar mixture. ⁠
Fill the glass with ice, then add the syrup, grapefruit juice and lime juice. ⁠
top up with Carbon 8 water and garnish with a lgrapefruit slice and a rosemary sprig.⁠
