Rose Garden Mocktail

The Rose Garden Mocktail is a celebration in a glass infused with petals, citrus, and a crisp Carbon8 sparkle.
Here’s how to make it:
𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝘀𝘆𝗿𝘂𝗽:
▪️ ¼ cup granulated sugar
▪️ ¼ cup water
▪️ ¼ cup edible dried rose petals
▪️ 3–4 dried hibiscus flowers
▪️ ½ tsp vanilla extract
𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗰𝗸𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹:
▪️ 2 oz rose syrup
▪️ ½ cup freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
▪️ ½ oz lemon juice
▪️ 4 oz Carbon8 sparkling water
▪️ Sugar + sweet paprika for the rim
▪️ Grapefruit slice + fresh thyme for garnish
For the rose syrup, simmer sugar and water, add rose petals and hibiscus, steep for 10–15 mins. Strain, stir in vanilla, and cool.
Rim your glass with sugar and sweet paprika. Add ice, then pour in rose syrup, grapefruit juice, and lemon juice. Stir gently, top with Carbon8 sparkle, and garnish.
