Rose Garden Mocktail

Floral, citrusy, and fizzed with love.⁠

The Rose Garden Mocktail is a celebration in a glass infused with petals, citrus, and a crisp Carbon8 sparkle.⁠

Here’s how to make it:⁠

𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝘀𝘆𝗿𝘂𝗽:⁠
▪️ ¼ cup granulated sugar⁠
▪️ ¼ cup water⁠
▪️ ¼ cup edible dried rose petals⁠
▪️ 3–4 dried hibiscus flowers⁠
▪️ ½ tsp vanilla extract⁠

𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗰𝗸𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹:⁠
▪️ 2 oz rose syrup⁠
▪️ ½ cup freshly squeezed grapefruit juice⁠
▪️ ½ oz lemon juice⁠
▪️ 4 oz Carbon8 sparkling water⁠
▪️ Sugar + sweet paprika for the rim⁠
▪️ Grapefruit slice + fresh thyme for garnish⁠

For the rose syrup, simmer sugar and water, add rose petals and hibiscus, steep for 10–15 mins. Strain, stir in vanilla, and cool.⁠ ⁠

Rim your glass with sugar and sweet paprika. Add ice, then pour in rose syrup, grapefruit juice, and lemon juice. Stir gently, top with Carbon8 sparkle, and garnish.⁠
