Mid SUMMER dream with your Carbon8 sparkling water
For the lavender syrup
water 1 cup
sugar 1 cup
culinary grade lavender buds 2 tbsps
purple food coloring to taste
For the mocktail
lavender syrup 3 oz
lemon juice 2 oz
Carbon8 sparkling water 1/2 cup
hibiscus flower tea 2 oz
Method:
To make the lavender syrup, combine the water and the sugar in a small saucepan over medium high heat, bringing to a boil and whisking until sugar dissolved. Remove from heat and stir the dried lavender and, if using, the food coloring. Allow mixture to steep for at least 30 mins. Strain and set aside. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice shake the lavender syrup and the lemon the lemon juice.
Strain into a glass filled with ice and top with the Carbon8 sparkling water and hibiscus flower tea.
Garnish and enjoy!
