Kiwi Basil Limeade
2 kiwi, peeled and chopped, plus 1 more for garnishing
1 tbsp granulated sugar
1/3 cup fresh basil leaves, plus more for garnishing
1 lime, juiced
1/2 cup Carbon 8 sparkling water
Add the kiwis along with basil leaves and sugar in a blender jar and blend to form a puree. If necessary add a splah of water to dilute the puree.
strain the mixture into a serving glass with ice.
add lime juice and stir with a bar spoon.
top with Carbon 8 sparkling water.
Garnish with a kiwi slice and a basil leave.
