Kiwi Basil Limeade ⁠

2 kiwi, peeled and chopped, plus 1 more for garnishing⁠
1 tbsp granulated sugar ⁠
1/3 cup fresh basil leaves, plus more for garnishing⁠
1 lime, juiced ⁠
1/2 cup Carbon 8 sparkling water ⁠


Add the kiwis along with basil leaves and sugar in a blender jar and blend to form a puree. If necessary add a splah of water to dilute the puree.⁠
strain the mixture into a serving glass with ice.⁠
add lime juice and stir with a bar spoon. ⁠
top with Carbon 8 sparkling water.⁠
Garnish with a kiwi slice and a basil leave.⁠
