Hibiscus Tea Mocktail
3 oz hibiscus tea, brewed and chilled
½ orange blood orange, or navel, juiced
juice of 1/2 lime
3 tsp agave syrup
1/8 tsp rose water
1/3 cup Carbon8 sparkling water
Dried rose petals
Granulated sugar
Lime wheel
In a shallow dish mix together dried rose petals and sugar.
Run the orange around the rim of a serving glass then dip the glass in rose and sugar mixture and set aside.
Add ice and all ingredients and stir to combine.
top up with Carbon 8 water and garnish with a lemon wheel
