Dragon Fruit Mojito

This Dragon Fruit Mojito is a bold, refreshing twist — made even better with Carbon8’s clean sparkle.⁠

Here’s how to make it:⁠
🌸 For the rose syrup:⁠
▪️ ¼ cup granulated sugar⁠
▪️ ¼ cup water⁠
▪️ ¼ cup edible dried rose petals⁠
▪️ 3–4 dried hibiscus flowers⁠
▪️ ½ tsp vanilla extract⁠

Bring sugar and water to a simmer, add rose petals + hibiscus, steep for 10–15 mins, strain, and stir in vanilla.⁠

🍃 For the mocktail:⁠
▪️ 2 oz rose syrup⁠
▪️ 1 lime, quartered⁠
▪️ 4 mint sprigs⁠
▪️ Pulp of ½ dragon fruit (preferably pink pitaya)⁠
▪️ 2 oz butterfly pea tea⁠
▪️ 4 oz Carbon8 sparkling water⁠
▪️ Lime wheel + mint sprig for garnish⁠

Muddle rose syrup, dragon fruit, lime, and mint in a highball glass.⁠
