BLUEBERRY VIRGIN MOJITO⁠

A RECIPE PERFECT TO SHARE THIS 4TH OF JULY⁠

2 1/2 cups blueberries ⁠
4 tbsp granulated sugar ⁠
3 limes, juiced ⁠
45 fresh mint leaves⁠
2-3 cups Carbon8 sparkling water ⁠

Roll the limes to help extract the juice. ⁠
Transfer the lime to a cutting board and cut them into quater wedges . ⁠
Add the lime wedges and granulated sugar to a jug and muddle untill all the juices are released. ⁠
In a medium bowl muddle the blueberries and mint leaves until all the aromatic oils are realised and the mixture becomes very fragrant. ⁠
Transfer the blueberry mixture to the jug with the limes. ⁠
Using ta bar spoon stir to combine, then add Carbon8 sparkling water. ⁠
Add some fresh mint leaves and more blueberries and serve with plenty of ice. ⁠
